These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WolfStrikes website, QR code generator, barcode generator, URL shortener, dynamic links, analytics dashboard, custom domains, API, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").


By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.


1. Eligibility and Accounts

  1. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
  2. Some features (e.g., 4 QR code types, static QR generation) are available to guests without an account. Saved QR codes, dynamic links, custom domains, projects, and API access require registration on a Free or paid plan.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  4. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it updated.
  5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


2. Description of Services

WolfStrikes provides tools including, but not limited to:

  1. Static QR codes: Permanent codes with data embedded directly; once created, the content cannot be modified.
  2. Dynamic QR codes and Links: Trackable codes/links whose destination can be updated after creation, with features such as scan/click statistics, scheduling, expiration limits, A/B rotation, password protection, and country/device/language targeting.
  3. Barcode generator: Support for multiple barcode formats (e.g., C39, C93, EAN, UPC, ITF14, and others listed on the site).
  4. URL shortener: Creation of shortened, trackable links, including auto-open-app functionality for mobile.
  5. Custom domains: Ability to connect your own domain or use domains we provide.
  6. Projects: Organizational tools to categorize your QR codes, barcodes, and links.
  7. API access: Programmatic access to create and manage QR codes, barcodes, links, and retrieve statistics, subject to your plan's rate limits and permissions.


Plan features, limits (e.g., number of saved QR codes, barcodes, dynamic links, custom domains, stats retention period), and pricing are as described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.


3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  1. Generate, host, or distribute QR codes, barcodes, or links that point to illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious content (including phishing, malware, or scams)
  2. Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
  3. Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in click fraud or artificial inflation of scan/click statistics
  4. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or data
  6. Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
  7. Use the API in a manner that exceeds reasonable rate limits or disrupts service availability
  8. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

We reserve the right to disable, remove, or block any QR code, barcode, link, or custom domain that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or poses a risk to users or the public (including malicious redirects or sensitive/illegal content).


4. Sensitive Content and Cloaking

Certain plan tiers permit "sensitive content" flags and "cloaking" of short URLs. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any use of these features complies with applicable law and does not mislead or harm end users who scan or click your codes/links. We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove content flagged as abusive, illegal, or deceptive regardless of these settings.


5. Payment-Related QR Codes

WolfStrikes allows generation of QR codes referencing third-party payment systems (e.g., PayPal, UPI, EPC, PIX, and cryptocurrency addresses). We do not process, hold, or have access to funds transferred through these QR codes; all such transactions occur directly between you, the payer, and the relevant third-party payment provider. We are not responsible for errors, disputes, chargebacks, or losses arising from payment QR codes you generate or that others scan.


6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

  1. Paid plans are billed regularly (e.g., monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.
  2. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
  3. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
  4. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
  5. We reserve the right to change our pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice.
  6. Downgrading or cancelling a plan may result in the loss of access to data or features exceeding your new plan's limits (e.g., saved QR codes, custom domains, or stats retention beyond the new plan's window).


7. Intellectual Property

  1. Our Content: The Services, including the WolfStrikes name, logo, website design, software, and underlying technology, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding except as expressly permitted (e.g., "Removable branding" feature on qualifying plans).
  2. Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you embed in QR codes, barcodes, and links (e.g., URLs, text, contact details, Wi-Fi credentials, event information). By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to provide and operate the Services.
  3. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content, logos, or branding you upload or embed (e.g., custom QR code logos/colors).


8. Third-Party Links and Destinations

QR codes, barcodes, and short links generated through WolfStrikes may redirect to third-party websites, apps, or content not controlled by us. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party destinations. Accessing third-party destinations is at your own risk.


9. API Terms

  1. API access is provided subject to your plan's permissions and any documented rate limits.
  2. You are responsible for securing your API keys; do not share them publicly or embed them in client-side code accessible to others.
  3. We may suspend API access that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, is abusive, excessive, or a security risk.
  4. We may modify or deprecate API endpoints with reasonable notice where feasible.


10. Service Availability and Modifications

  1. We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times.
  2. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services (including specific features, plans, or the API) at any time, with or without notice.
  3. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, including of dynamic QR codes, links, or analytics.


11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY QR CODE, BARCODE, OR LINK WILL FUNCTION AS INTENDED ON ALL DEVICES OR SCANNERS.


12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOLFSTRIKES AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON DYNAMIC QR CODE OR LINK REDIRECTS, ANALYTICS DATA, OR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT QR CODES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WolfStrikes and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) content embedded in your QR codes, barcodes, or links; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.


14. Termination

  1. You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time.
  2. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, poses a security or legal risk, or for any other reason at our discretion.
  3. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your stored QR codes, links, and account data following termination, subject to our data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.


15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of JURISDICTION, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
